Green Earth Aerogel Technologies (GEAT) is a startup company based in Barcelona, Spain. The company is linked with the Nanotechnology Platform of the Parc Cientific de Barcelona (PCB) at the Universidad de Barcelona. Its primary focus is on advanced materials with applications on energy efficiency, and green clean technologies.

The company’s mission is to develop products and services to address the problem caused by climate change. Among the products developed by GEAT is an aerogel made from rice and rice husk. Aerogels are advanced materials that have excellent insulation properties.
 

The clients and customers of GEAT are mostly companies and institutions that need energy efficient materials.
These include manufactures and sellers of clean and green products such as:
